These are documents that we ask you please provide at our initial meeting.  If you can't locate everything listed or if the item doesn't apply to you just bring as many items as possible.  The more prepared you are initially the smoother the process.

√Tax Returns for the preceding 4 years

√Credit card statements or receipts for the last 1 year if available

√Pay stubs or other proof of income going back 6 months 

√Copy of Deed and Declaration of Homestead of real property

√Evidence of title to vehicles and other personal property

√Statements showing balances owed on mortgages, cars, etc

√Notices from any tax collection agency

√Leases and rental agreements

√Lawsuits and judgments either for or against debtor

√Bills of any kind with balances still owed

√Notice of foreclosure, eviction notice, etc
